Mo Pearlite heat-resisting Steel Electrode  -  R107 AWS E7015-A

It's an excellent heat-resisting steel electrodes with 0.5% Mo pearlite low hydrogen sodium type coating. It should be connected with negative polarity on DC, and use short arc. Welding can be done in all position. It should be heated to 90-100^oC before using. After welding, it should be reheated at the temperature of 605-635^oC.

Application:

Used to weld the boiler pipe whose work termperature is under 510^oC, also use in normal low alloy high strength steel structure.

C: 0.12%max

Mn: 0.90%max

Si: 0.60%max

Mo: 0.4-0.65

S: 0.035%max

P: 0.035%max

Note:

Necessary to clean the work piece and remove the impurities(eg.oil, grease rust, mositure etc), bake the electrode at the temperature in about 350^oC for one hour before using.
