Super low carbon chrome19 nickel10 stainless steel electrode -- A002 AWS E308L-16

A super low carbon stainless steel electrode with titanium calcium type coating. As the carbon rate in the weld mental is less than 0.04%, has a good inter-crystalline corrosion resistant properties. Used on AC, DC and the manipulate is free.

Application:

Used to weld super low carbon chrome19 Nickel11 titanium stainless steel structure. it also can weld 0chrome 19nickel 11titanium stainless steel structure which is anticorrosion and work under 300^oC. The electrode mainly used in the equipment manufacture of synethetic fibre, fertilizer and petroleum etc.

Note:

The electrode must be bake at about 150^oC for one hour before using. It should be used on DC possible, not too large current otherwise the electrode becomes red easily.
